Betty loves taking them on new adventures as they grow up, including camping in the summer and sledding in the winter. When she can, she loves to go deer hunting and take her grandson along to enjoy the experience. Rachel is one to make sure that all her members are taken care of as a Claims Analyst, whether it's verifying and updating information on submitted claims, contacting members or providers, or reviewing the claims for eligibility to be reimbursed. She always tries her hardest to guarantee accuracy and dependability by going the extra mile and always wearing a smile. She finds the most satisfaction in her job when she can go home at the end of the day knowing that her members were taken care of to the best of her ability.
Rachel has lived in Cadillac her whole life with her husband, two dogs, and three cats. Her time away from work is usually spent with family and friends going different places and just enjoying life. She is one that loves to snuggle on the couch on a cold day watching Disney movies with her husband, or reading an interesting book. Her biggest wish is to one day accomplish visiting all the Disney amusement locations since that has been her passion since she was very little.
