Meet our Marquette Service Team:
Traci works in our Customer Service department, helping to build relationships with and retain clients. She works closely with our Customer Service and Sales Teams, always looking for better ways to meet the company goals. She has more than 15 years’ experience at the company and has filled several different positions over the years, truly learning from the ground up. Her knowledge and understanding of the products is significant and key to the success of the company.
Traci lives in Ishpeming, Michigan with her husband, Ray, and their three children where they enjoy spending time together. In the summer months, the beach is a favorite destination and during the winter months, their favorite activities are sledding, roller skating and catching a good family movie at the local theater. She and her family are frequent visitors of “The Congress”, which has the best pizza in town! If she were to be given an all-expense paid trip she would take the family to Hawaii where they could enjoy the sunshine, have fun together as a family and have a chance to relax.
Sue works in our Customer Service Department. She is a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent and has been with the agency since 1999. Sue works closely with our Benefit Advisors in preparing presentation materials for our clients, and assisting our customers with their questions, billing issues and administrative tasks.
Sue lives in the Marquette area with her spouse Dennis. She has three grown children and two granddaughters. Sue and her family enjoy spending summers at their camp, swimming, boating and fishing. In the winter Sue enjoys reading or can still be found in the Ice Rink watching hockey.
It has been twenty-three years since Terry began in the insurance business, where she has shared ten of those years with us at the Marquette, Michigan office. Terry genuinely enjoys working with people; whether it be her co-workers or clients. Making her clients feel as though they are being listened to, empathizing with them when they are ill, reassuring them that they are not alone and helping them wade through their medical benefits, is what she finds fulfilling. It brings her great pleasure to be available for her clients and give them her time.
While gone from the area for a while, Terry calls Marquette home, with her husband, Rick who she has been married to for 22 years. When summer comes, Terry enjoys taking walks, spending time at their cottage, picking berries or reading a good book. You might also find her four-wheeling or paddling around on the lake with her two dogs. Her most favorite thing to do is spend time with her two daughters, a son-in-law and a granddaughter, who also live in the area. Terry makes it a point to be with her granddaughter and spoil her as often as she can.

When not on the road, Bonnie lives in Rapid River with her husband, Willie. The #1 activity at the Nelson household is family game night with their four grandchildren. Travel is a passion the Nelson's share with thousands of miles to the four corners of the U.S. already visited along with many locations in between. Traveling to their respective ancestral homelands is still on top of their bucket lists. When she isn't spending time with family and friends or traveling Bonnie enjoys walking, reading and gardening. She dares a weed to grow in her garden.
