TPA Plan Setup Processor
Cindy programs our clients’ plans into the software we use to track claims. She makes sure that the claims that come in will calculate correctly for our Claims Analysts who provide support the needs of our clients. Cindy supports our TPA Manager with other tasks as needed and is a very important part of our team. She has 3 years as a Claims Analyst and is licensed for accident, health and life under the State of Michigan’s Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS).
Cindy lives in the Cadillac area where she enjoys spending time with her daughter. When it is summer she likes to be close to our beautiful local rivers and in the winter she enjoys getting out to snowshoe. In Cindy’s spare time she likes to hit the gym with a workout or escape to a rock concert. Cindy strives to keep an active lifestyle and is a top finisher in our wellness program provided by our employer.

Angie is helping with the programing of our clients’ plans into the software we use to track claims. She makes sure that the claims coming in calculate correctly for our Claims Analysts who provide support for the needs of our clients. She has over five years of experience as a Claims Analyst and is licensed for accident, health and life under the State of Michigan’s Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS).
Angie lives in the Manton area where she has grown up. She enjoys spending time with her son along with that rest of her family. She likes to travel to new places and see new things. When relaxing, Angie likes to read and she enjoys working in her garden. She likes hiking through nature and has enjoyed some time in the Smokey Mountains this past summer.
TPA Enrollment Processor
As our Enrollment Processor, Kelly holds a critical role ensuring that our third party database remains current with all member information. She works diligently with her team members to handle any pressing enrollment matters as they arise. Kelly strives to adhere to client service standards of the department and agency.
Kelly is fairly new to Cadillac, Michigan. She relocated with her husband and three children, in March of 2014, to be closer to family. She enjoys reading, cooking, music and spending time with her family on the lakes of Cadillac. Her newest passion is running. She completed the Fifth Third Riverbank 5K and the GR Marathon relay in 2014. She looks forward to more races in 2015.
Ashley works as a patient advocate ensuring that insurance issues and questions are taking care of in a timely fashion. She hopes to earn the trust of her members by being accessible, honest, and relatable. What she finds the most interesting about patient advocacy is the legality behind each issue and using this knowledge to assist members work through insurance questions and concerns. Ashley has a bachelor’s degree from Siena Heights University, majoring in both History and Pre-Law studies and graduating in only three years as Summa Cum Laude. Ashley really hopes to bring her extreme care for detail and customer service experience to 44North in the upcoming years.
Ashley is a transplant from southeast Michigan who moved to the Cadillac area after college. She is still adapting to the area and has learned that dirt roads really do exist and just because it is summer, does not mean it is the right season for a seasonal road. Ashley met her husband, Nick, at Siena Heights University where she played softball and he played baseball. Ashley was named three-time All-American Scholar-Athlete while attending SHU and is an avid Detroit sports fan. If Ashley is not at work, you will most likely find her on a softball field, fishing, riding ATVs, or at home watching sports.
Angela works in the TPA Claims Department processing claims, analyzing claims, answering questions members/providers may have and resolving claim issues. She works closely with the CSR’s and Producers to make sure all claims are processed accordingly to the groups plan and to ensure that the groups are running smoothly. She comes to the group with previous medical experience working in a busy doctor’s office for 13 years. She was a clinical assistant in her previous role and was actively involved in the patient’s insurance plans.
In Angie’s adult life she has enjoyed running and has completed a half marathon, plans to do a 25k and is considering a marathon in her future. She has completed many 5k races and enjoys the comradery with her fellow runners. Angie is married to her high school sweet heart and has two amazing children. She enjoys being a mother and would say parenthood is an amazing journey.
Betty works with the team in the TPA Call Center as a Patient Advocate. She enjoys making sure her clients can focus on getting better; knowing that they are in good hands and that their medical claims and billing issues are being taken care of promptly. Navigating the insurance world is what we do best and she likes to provide personal attention to our clients when they need it the most. Betty is glad to be a part of a supportive team that works together to help our clients and each other, to be the best at what we do.
Betty has lived in the Cadillac area all her life with her husband and her now grown children. She spends most of her free time with her grandchildren and their activities. Betty loves taking them on new adventures as they grow up, including camping in the summer and sledding in the winter. When she can, she loves to go deer hunting and take her grandson along to enjoy the experience. If you don’t see Betty with her grandkids you might find her working out which makes her feel refreshed and motivated after a long day.
Jacklyn is part of the TPA Call Center as a Claims Analyst. She enjoys helping her clients be at ease, knowing that they are well taken care of when they call her. Jacklyn finds pleasure connecting her clients with understanding their medical benefits. It makes her happy when she knows they don’t have to be stressed about how to fix an issue; usually one call to Jacklyn and she can get things straightened out. The positive team atmosphere really makes working at 44North feel like a family- a home away from home.
Cadillac is where Jacklyn and her family call home. In the winter, she and her family enjoy the use of our local sledding park and enjoy spending time together outside. In the summer they enjoy our lovely local area lakes either swimming or fishing along the beautiful lake shores. When she has a spare moment you might find Jacklyn wrapped up in a good book.
Danielle is at the forefront of our customer experience by analyzing claims for Jennifer Martins team. In her own words Danielle is still learning the ropes and will certainly be a strong team member moving forward.
Danielle lives right here in Northern Michigan. She enjoys Thursday night Sushi at Hermanns restaurant in Cadillac with her friends. She enjoys crafting, running, reading and a good cup of coffee. If she had her choice of a vacation she would just get in her car and drive and see where she ended up. She loves adventures!

Tracie has been with the company four years and joins the TPA Department team as a Claims Analyst. Tracie is licensed by the State of Michigan in life, health and accident insurance. She finds satisfaction in working through a complicated case and being able to advocate on the behalf of her clients. In today’s world of every changing insurance rules and policies, it is her goal to work with her clients through their insurance and medical providers for any claim issues.
Tracie is a native to Cadillac, Michigan and lives here with her husband and children. In the summers Tracie and her family can be found at one of Michigan’s beautiful campgrounds or golf courses. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and friends engaging in a fun card or board game.
Dawn supports the TPA as a Patient Advocate, licensed by the State of Michigan in Life, Health and Accident Insurance. She brings with her a Medical Office Assistant Certificate and 12 years experience in customer service. She appreciates the passion and integrity of 44North and values the way the teams work together caring for members and clients in a way that sets a new standard in the industry. She is devoted to advocating for her clients, whether it’s helping them understand their benefits, listening to their issues, finding answers, saving them unnecessary expenditures or discovering creative ways to meet their needs.
Dawn lives in the Lake City area caring for her family and helping her daughters prepare for a rewarding future. Dawn and her husband are motorcycle enthusiasts taking trips across northern Michigan as often as they have time to do so. Her family loves Michigan for its wealth of outdoor activities like fishing in the spring, camping in the summer, hunting in the fall, and skiing in the winter.
As 44North’s Wellness Coordinator Amber brings passion for healthy living to a whole new level! She has worked in the medical and health field for over 6 years as a state Certified Nurse Assistant and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her enthusiasm for improving people’s lives carries over into our wellness program. She is extremely dedicated to helping others live happier, healthier lifestyles.
Amber lives in the small town of Tustin, MI with her family. She enjoys hunting, swimming, snowboarding and almost anything that gets her outdoors. Amber believes strongly that laughter is good for your health and if you ask either of her children they will tell you she is the funniest person they know.
