24.7 Patient Advocacy
You and your employees have busy schedules, and navigating a difficult health benefit question takes time. Our patient advocate call center is here to provide answers to all your employees’ benefit questions, investigate claim issues and to help file appeals, when necessary. A staff member is also available for after hours emergencies, like working with a pharmacy to make sure a member gets their prescriptions. 12 hour days and 2nd, or 3rd shift work make it difficult to reach a 9-5 staff. Our Michigan based call center is available all hours, everyday.
